This is a great place to live great apartments and spacious and people are friendly and good neighbors and close to everything you could want and need office staff are polite and friendly and maintaince comes promptly if you have an issue that needs to be fixed and gets it fixed right away. Love living here would definitely recommend. If your looking for your next or even first apartment check out Lincoln estates. You won't be sorry that you did. They are well worth the price.

I’ve only been living here at Lincoln Estates about 2 months. I can honestly say in my short time here I’ve fallen in love with this community. I love that I’m only minutes away from the freeway. My apartment is minutes away from my job, the riverdale mall, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. The neighbors and staff are very nice and helpful. The halls and building entry ways are always getting cleaned and looks nice. It’s so peaceful and quiet i never hear any kids, animals, or anything else making noises. This is my first apartment and it is very spacious I love the whole thing overall but the living room is the size of a living room in a house. Everything works nice the heat and appliances are in excellent working conditions. Maintenance is 24/7 and the staff is always asking how everything is going I truly feel at home here. I love how every time I get off of work I always have a close or a good parking spot there’s always parking here. Staff are on top with giving notices about snow removal or anything else going on they make sure to communicate those things and they respond super quick to any questions that you may have. This is my first apartment and it is very affordable for the quality of the apartment everyone i know have been so amazed at how nice my apartment is. I highly recommend Lincoln Estates for a place to call home it’s a great experience and I wouldn’t mind spending years here.

Have lived at Lincoln Estates since 2014.Close to shopping and only 9 blocks from my work.Staff is nice and items needing fixed in your apartment done quickly.Large rooms in the apartments and like large storage closet.If cars need to be moved due to snow or other reasons plenty of notice given.I have very little problem with noise and most residents in my building very nice.I enjoy living here.

I have been a resident of Lincoln Estates since 2016. These apartments are located in a great area nestled inside of a good neighborhood in Anoka with immediate access to a major highway and almost every type of shopping and restaurants you could desire within 5 minutes. The apartments are very spacious and quiet. The staff are helpful and flexible, they never make you feel like they are not available to you. Maintenance has always been prompt to fix any issues, although I've only had minor maintenance problems here. Every resident I've come in contact with has been friendly! Lincoln Estates definitely feels like it's own community!

I have lived at Lincoln Estates for 3 and a half years now and have enjoyed my apartment a lot! The management staff is on top of notifying residents of any upcoming repairs or work that’s needs to be done like plowing of the parking lot or work being done in buildings. As in I’m sure any apartment complex there are hiccups, however management is quick to investigate and resolve any issues that are brought to their attention. Maintenance staff does a great job in getting work orders done in a timely manner and the caretakers do a great job maintaining the property. The staff is very friendly and attentive and do their best to maintain a friendly atmosphere for the residents which include participating in National Night Out! I think this is a great place for a starter apartment as well as a great place for families and more!

I have lived at Lincoln Estates since Aug. 2017. I have appreciated how well the property is maintained that the staff is all ways accommodating and friendly. The building is quiet most of the time and information is posted, such as when to expect snow removal, well in advance. Lincoln Estates is using email to notify residents of upcoming events making things easier to keep up to date. The complex is in a very convenient residential area, close to shopping and the twin cities. It is minutes away from down town Anoka and many recreational outlets. Most of all the apartments have a very roomy lay out, the kitchens are a bit small, but the living room, bed rooms and bath are very nice sizes. The apartments are maintained well and are up-to-date.

We have been living at Lincoln estate for almost 2 years. We moved in after they had started remodelling. Love the updates they did. Our two bedroom is perfect for us. They are very prompt with anything that needs repairs or questions that need to be answered. We are very happy we moved here.
